Storytelling Week at Chester Zoo

National Storytelling Week is a national event aimed to promote the joys of stories and books will be marked by Chester Zoo by some special readings.

Chester Zoo's Education Presenter Matthew Foster will be taking time out from his schedule to tell visitors some exciting and fascinating tales from books such as How The Jaguar Lost His Voice and The Monkeys Save the Fish.

The Chester Zoo storytelling sessions will take place in the Spirit of the Jaguar exhibit on Saturday January 26th, Sunday January 27th, Saturday February 2nd and Sunday February 3rd. The readings are open to all ages and will be held at 11.30am, 1.30pm and 2.30pm and are included in admission prices.
